Returns:

We have a no-hassle 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. Customers have 14 days to ship the item(s) back.

If the book you received was not as described on the website, we will accept and offer free returns. For any other reason, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. All returns must be securely packaged and shipped similar to how they were received.

To start a return, you can contact us at theadmontlibrary@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at theadmontlibrary@gmail.com with a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges:

Buyers may exchange a book for another book of equivalent value for up to 30 days after receiving their order. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the book back in the same condition in which it was received and its original packaging. With regard to the new book being received, shipping is on us! :)
